On October 12, Tinfoil will be having a CD Release party at the Tiffin Brewing Company (Wall St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883) from 7-9.
“Aaron (Stalsworth) and I have been musical friends, bandmates, and musicians together since high school. “When the time came to choose a location for a CD Release location, the Tiffin Brewing Company was a perfect fit”, explained guitarist/ vocalist/ songwriter Harms.
The show will be a special acoustic show that will features classic Tinfoil songs as well as songs from the new album. “We had a drummer leave, so playing a few shows acoustically allows us to show a different side of Tinfoil while working in our new drummer”, said Bassist/ Singer / Songwriter/ Trumpet player Krystal. “A couple of the songs on the new album are acoustic reworkings of classic Tinfoil songs such as Fade Away and Hold On”. “Most of the time we write songs on acoustic guitars, so playing them acoustically live makes sense”, adds Harms.
